Innovent's indoor swimming pool dehumidification units (or NDHUs) use outside air to control humidity naturally. In the winter, Innovent creates a fresh and comfortable pool environment by dehumidifying with dry outside air. The system reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for mechanical dehumidification. A 75 percent effective air-to-air heat exchanger drives costs even lower by capturing heat from the exhaust air. In the summer, the Innovent system cools fresh, outside air to keep pool humidity and temperature at ideal levels. By using fresh air, instead of recycling stale indoor air, Innovent provides a healthier and more comfortable environment at a reduced operating cost.

Since the Innovent unit requires no mechanical dehumidification for up to 80% of the year, it costs far less to operate than competitive systems, even in the most extreme weather conditions.
