The new firm started in a small office with only five people, few manufacturers lines and several maintenance contracts handled by its parent company, TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE & SERVICE CORPORATION.

The growth of computer rooms development and our commitment in offering quality products to our customers forced this administration to bring into this market a unique product to protect your computers and its environment with a U.S. manufacturer of UPS systems and environmental control units for your computer rooms (LIEBERT CORP.) that has contributed to the great success and has become the number one choice for the majority of the computer rooms developed in P.R. and practically the whole world being Liebert a global company. Others prestigious products as Greenheck (Fans), ITT Bell & Gossett (Hydronic), Titus (Air Distribution) and Dunham-Bush (Chillers and Air handlers) had become part of our continuous success during the pass years, and specially the support TECHNICAL had received from Electrical/Mechanical contractors, Pharmaceuticals, Government, High-Tech Companies and Commercial Institutions. All this support had contribute to TECHNICAL'S administration to move its headquarter to a new facility of 17,000 sq/ft at Guaynabo P.R. in 1992.
