Greenheck manufactures horizontal direct fired and indirect fired gas heat units and a vertical direct fired gas Make-Up air unit. Our Make-Up units are designed to provide fresh, tempered air to factories and warehouses to make up for building exhaust.
Direct Fired Gas and Coil Heating
Model TSU is designed to provide fresh, tempered air to factories and warehouses to make up for building exhaust. Variable volume air flow and recirculation options are available to match the TSU performance to the building needs for make-up air.
100% Make-up Air
This commonly used option furnishes a constant outside air volume for a constant amount of exhaust. Benefits are simplicity, low initial costs, and uses either Maxitrol 14 or 44 gas controls.
Variable Volume
This option modulates the supply air volume to match varying exhaust air volumes. Supply air may be reduced to 50% of maximum design. Patented burner by-pass dampers maintain proper combustion as air flows vary.
80/20 Recirculation System
This option combines make-up air needs with supplemental space heating capabilities. Patented burner by-pass dampers maintain proper combustion as air flows vary.

Electric Heat: Capacity to 28,000 cfm and 2,800,000 BTU/hr
Steam Heat: Capacity to 28,000 cfm and 2,800,000 BTU/hr
Hot Water Heat: Capacity to 28,000 cfm and 2,800,000 BTU/hr
Model TSU: Cooling Options
Direct Expansion (DX): Capacity to 13,000 cfm and 1,000,000 BTU/hr
Chilled Water: Capacity to 13,000cfm and 1,000,000 BTU/hr
Evaporative Cooling: Capacity to 28,000 crm
Indirect Fired Gas Heating
Model TSI indirect gas furnaces are 80% efficient, A.G.A. design certified and C.G.A. approved. Standard furnace controls include an electronic modulating gas valve, electric intermittent spark pilot ignition system, safety pilot, high limit control and 24 volt control transformer.
Furnaces are available as single or double units. Heat exchangers and burners are constructed of type 409 stainless steel. Model TSI features a slide out burner tray and pilot assembly. Capacitity to 13,000 cfm and 800,000 BTU/hr
Model TSI: Cooling Options
Direct Expansion (DX): Capacity to 6,000 cfm and 500,000 BTU/hr
Chilled Water: Capacity to 6,000 cfm and 500,000 BTU/hr
Evaporative Cooling: Capacity to 8,000 cfm
